Shipping Zones:

• Currently, we ship to following countries: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, United Kingdom and United States.
• Please contact us if you require us to ship to other countries.

Shipping Method & Duration:

• We use EMS to ship item(s), and it will take 5~7 days to arrive at your door or your customers. An EMS tracking number will be emailed to you after we ship out your item(s), in order for you to track your parcel online at any time.
• Once your order has been confirmed and payment is complete, we will ship out your item(s) within 48 hours.
• Please note, only items whose titles end with "(F.S.)" will be shipped via Air Mail (Hongkong Post), and it will take longer time (7~14 days) to arrive, the prices of such items are usually under $25 USD, please click here to see an example.

Returns:

• You can cancel your order at any time before shipment and get a full refund.
• We test everything before shipment. Faulty product will never be shipped out.
• Your product will be well-packaged and safe during shipping.
• If within 7 days of your receipt of the product, product with quality problem can be returned to us for replacement or repair. Your return product should be in resalable condition and with all accessories. You shall be responsible for the shipping back fee.
• If within 1 year, product can be returned for repair. You will be responsible for the shipping back fee, and a repair fee will be charged (the repair fee is reasonable, please do not worry about too much about it). Please contact us for a return code and address before shipping product back.
• However, we are not responsible for any abnormal using or artificial damage (for an example, you drop a game console from a higher position onto the floor and break it).

Customs Duties:

• We will write "Gift" on shipping documentation and declare its value under $55 USD, in order for you to avoid taxes.
